Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your holiday then we will endeavour to re-let the apartment as soon as we have emailed confirmation of the cancellation. If the apartment is successfully let, then amounts paid will be returned to you, except for the initial deposit of £100.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £100 is payable with the final payment. This can be in the form of a guaranteed cheque (in which case it will be retained rather than cashed) and will be refunded to you at the end of your holiday, provided the apartment is left reasonably clean and tidy and upon safe return of the keys.  We do not charge for minor breakages.

Arrival and Departure:
Bookings run from 4 p.m. on day of arrival through until 11 a.m. on day of departure.

Lift/Stairs:
Please note that there is no lift in this building; both suites are above ground level and can be reached only via the main staircase.

Pets/Smoking:
The apartments are not suitable for pets, and they are not allowed. Smoking is NOT permitted. Aside from the risk of fire and damage to furniture and decor, smoking will also set off the smoke/fire alarm system.

Cleaning:
Final cleaning is included in the price. However, guests are expected to leave the apartment in a reasonably clean and tidy condition on departure so that a quick turnaround can be effected.
