Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your holiday then we will endeavour to re-let the apartment as soon as we have emailed confirmation of the cancellation. If the apartment is successfully let, then amounts paid will be returned to you, except for the initial deposit of £100.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £150 is payable with the final payment. This deposit will be refunded to you at the end of your holiday, provided the apartment is left reasonably clean and tidy and upon safe return of the keys.

Arrival and Departure times:
Bookings run from 4 p.m. on Friday through until 11 a.m. on the following Friday.
Off-peak weekend bookings are from 4 p.m. Friday until 11 a.m. Monday. Off-peak mid-week bookings are from 4 p.m. Monday to 11 a.m. Friday.

Lift/Stairs:
Please note that there is no lift in this building. We are therefore unable to offer disabled access, since both suites are above ground level and can be reached only via the main staircase.

Pets/Smoking:
The apartments are not suitable for pets, and they are not allowed. Smoking is NOT permitted. Aside from the risk of fire and damage to furniture and decor, smoking will also set off the smoke/fire alarm system.

Cleaning:
Final cleaning is included in the price. However, guests are expected to leave the apartment in a reasonably clean and tidy condition on departure so that a quick turnaround can be effected.
