Find Us
By Car or Bike:
Olivers is located on the main arterial route into York, Tadcaster Road. Coming
from the west on the A64 take the first junction for York (A1036). Follow the road
in towards the centre, passing the racecourse on your right. Olivers is situated
on the right, immediately after the 3rd set of close traffic lights, above the pharmacy.
Arriving from any other direction, the easiest method is to follow the north or
south ring road until you reach the above junction - The new York College is clearly
visible.
For cyclists, head for the city centre, then the railway station. Go around Queens
St to the traffic lights in front of Micklegate Bar (see icon above). Turn right
and we are on the left, immediately before the next set of full lights.
By Train:
We are literally 5 mins walk from the station. Turn right as you exit the station
and follow the road around to the traffic lights in front of Micklegate Bar (see
icon above). Turn right and we are on the left, immediately before the next set
of full lights. A taxi will cost about £4 (min fare).
