| The Constantine Suite |

Visit England Inspection Report (2008)... " fine example of a property which exceeds expectations at the current rating." |

Constantine Suite is very different from the normal self catering apartment.
Think of a suite in the most expensive hotel you can imagine, then add a designer
kitchen/dining room, and you have it. It is designed primarily for two, but has
plenty of space to deploy a cot or even a folding bed for younger family members.

Luxury is the key word here. The lounge
bedroom is furnished opulently with French style bedroom furniture, a king-size
bed, and a classical settee suite. Everything from the crystal chandelier to the
carefully selected art works goes to make the room even more than the sum of its
parts. If you could wish yourself a pied-a-terre, this would be it.
Marble adorns the walls of the bathroom.
The bath itself is a double-ended air spa which also acts as a whirlpool jacuzzi.
What a great way to relax after a long day shopping or perhaps walking the full
5km of York's Bar Walls.

Black Granite is the theme for the
kitchen-dining room. The designer kitchen looks and feels great. You can eat breakfast
on stools at the bar, and have dinner at the hardwood and granite dining suite.
Again, stylish and witty artworks create a friendly ambiance.

For a quiet night in there are several options. A wide-screen, wall-hung television
gives access to terrestrial and freeview channels. There is a DVD player with a
selection of films & comedy programmes. There are CD's to try out in the sound
system. And the library stocks everything from pulp fiction to table-top tomes.
