Keys: Keys will be sent to you by post and must be left on the key rack
inside the main front door on departure. If they have not arrived by the time of
your holiday, please contact us with an arrival time and we will arrange to meet
you on the premises.
Welcome: Whenever possible, someone will be there to greet you on your
arrival. Alternatively, it is our policy to visit you at a mutually suitable time
at some point during your holiday to ensure all your needs are catered for and to
answer any questions you may have. Should any problems or queries arise during your
stay, please do not hesitate to utilise the contact details.
Parking: If travelling by car, we have 2 parking spaces to the rear of
the building off Shaws Terrace. They are clearly marked. If you are arriving in
more than one vehicle, please let us know. We may be able to accommodate 2 cars,
but only if the other apartment does not need their space. Free parking is available approximately
400m away, or municipal parking nearby.
To keep the spaces free we have employed the services of a security company.
They do not clamp, but are licenced to issue parking tickets. To avoid
this, please ensure you clearly display the Permit, which will be included in
the postal package with your keys or issued to you on arrival. For prompt return of your deposit it is essential
that you leave this card (clearly visible) in the apartment when you leave.
Front Door: For the security of the building as a whole, as well as your own,
please ensure the front door is closed and locked each time you go out, and when
you leave.
